We offer worldwide shipping via express carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To preserve the beauty of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to light, heat, and humidity. We recommend using a soft cloth to clean the surface and applying a specialized leather conditioner periodically.
What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
