Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Parcel
Ensure the item is placed in its original dust bag and box. Include the printed return authorization form inside the package to avoid processing delays.
Ship the Item
Download and print the provided shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the item to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
